Returns Policy 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately upon receipt, providing details and accompanying photographs where possible.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Change of Mind: For non-defective products, we accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

Inspection: We will inspect the returned item to determine its condition.

Refund or Exchange: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Alternatively, you may opt for an exchange, subject to product availability.

Timing: Refunds may take 7 business day to process and reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

3. Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Change of Mind: For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items purchased during a sale, promotional event, or clearance sale.
Personalised embroidered garments.
5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at call 01269 579002 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and any accessories.
Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
